Privacy Policy

We treat your personal data with care and use it only for the purposes below. Opening an account means you agree to this policy.

What we collect

From registration we hold your name, birth date, postal address, phone and email. We may later ask for an identity document, proof of address and proof that you own the payment method you use. Your activity at the casino and basic details about your device and system are logged and kept.

How we use it

We use your data to run the agreement with you, through our own team, our suppliers and anyone acting for us. We also use it for our own marketing and promotions and to store and process records under anti-money-laundering law.

We collect data only for a specific lawful purpose, keep it accurate and secure, and hold it no longer than reasonably needed. We never pass it to places where the relevant data rules do not apply. Our policy says it follows the European General Data Protection Regulation, while our terms also refer to the privacy laws of Curacao.

Who sees it

We do not share your data with third parties without your permission. The exceptions are payment processors, which receive details when your deposits and withdrawals need them, and cases where the law, an authority or a data protection commissioner orders disclosure. A customer linked to a crime through their account is another exception.

Our staff are legally bound to keep personal information confidential, and that duty continues after they leave.

Marketing

Accepting this policy counts as agreeing to hear from us about products and services we think you may like. You can opt out at any time through your account, through the message itself or by telling support.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold and for access to it. You can also ask us to correct anything inaccurate. You may object to processing that rests on our legitimate interests, or to direct marketing and related profiling. You may ask for your data in a machine-readable format and for an explanation of the logic behind a decision made only by automated means. You may ask to have your data erased, be told about data breaches and withdraw consent where we relied on it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

None of these rights is absolute, so we may refuse a request or meet it only in part. We will ask for proof of identity and may ask you to clarify what you want. We aim to answer within one month of verifying you, and complex requests can take longer. We may decline repeated or unreasonable requests, and we may withhold data when disclosing it would harm other people.

Erasure shuts the account permanently, and you lose whatever balance, bonuses and loyalty points remain.

Cookies and fraud prevention

A cookie is placed on your device only with your permission. Our cookie page explains what each type does, and you can decline or delete cookies whenever you want.

We have tools to spot fraud and suspicious activity, and we may suspend an account when we see it. If another person gets into your account because you were careless, you are responsible for what follows. If you are worried about activity on your account, contact support right away.
