Responsible Gambling

Gaming can be entertaining, but you cannot always win, and losing is part of the game. Stake only what you can comfortably afford to lose. Gambling can also be addictive and make you lose track of time and money. We want your play to stay positive, and we give you the means to control it.

Our commitment

We offer a wide range of games, and we know that for some people play can become a problem. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming across our casino and community by sharing information, pointing you to resources and helping anyone who asks for support.

Warning signs

Losing a little more than you hoped is not likely to harm your life. Regularly losing large sums is a sign of compulsive gambling, which can disrupt your mental and physical health, your social life and your family. If close relatives have struggled with gambling, take extra care.

Watch for these signs in yourself or someone you know.

  • Gambling to escape everyday worries or to solve money problems
  • Borrowing money or selling belongings to gamble or to cover debts
  • Being unable to stop whether you win or lose
  • Playing until your last pound is gone
  • Neglecting work, family or yourself because of gambling
  • Unhappiness at home that comes from gambling
  • Not wanting to spend gambling money on household needs
  • Feeling hopeless, depressed or suicidal because of gambling

Limits and breaks

Our support team can restrict or close your account, or cap your betting. Give them your account details and say how long you want the break. The choices are one, three, ten or thirty days. With no period named, we default to 72 hours.

We act on a request as fast as possible, but any money lost before it takes effect is your own risk. A limit or break covers only the account it was set on, so each account at a sister casino of our owner needs its own.

Self-exclusion is handled by our own support team, and GamStop does not appear in our rules.

Protecting minors

Under-18s are not allowed to open or use any account. Anyone who helps a minor open one breaks our terms. We check age through uploaded documents and can ask for any proof of age. If we cannot confirm it, we may close the account until documents arrive, and if they never come, we may refuse service and remove or block the account.

Underage play leads to a suspended account, lost progress, a duty to return anything already withdrawn and the cancellation of all transactions. Deposits go back only to the minor's legal representative.

You can help. Keep your login details to yourself, never save your password on a shared device and keep card and bank details away from children. Where anyone under 18 shares your computer, install parental control or filtering software such as Net Nanny or CyberPatrol.

Where to get help

Free, confidential support is available from Gambling Therapy, GamCare, the Gordon Moody Association and the Global Gambling Guidance Group. Rehab 4 Addiction runs a free helpline on 0800 140 4690 for people struggling with drugs, alcohol and mental health. Its founders, who set it up in 2011, had beaten addiction themselves.
